Competition Schedule


The Capture the Flag Competition will be held on April 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to 9pm. Here is a more detailed schedule for those two days.



Saturday April 2

MIT room 26-152

8:30 am. Registrants show up and are checked in.
IMPORTANT!
You can't play unless you have registered.
  • You can't play unless we know who you are. Bring your student ID.
  • You have to be part of a team to play and we need to know about it before the April 1.

9:00 am. Competition begins. Scoring bots inactive. Teams can run their install scripts. Etc.

9:30 am. Scoring bots get turned on. Teams are henceforth scored for Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Offense.

Noon. Food break. CTF machines will be disabled so you might as well eat! You are responsible for your own food and food is not allowed in the competition space. We suggest you pack a lunch or run over to the MIT Student union.

1 pm. Competition resumes.

5 pm. Food break. See previous food break for more info.

6 pm. Competition resumes.

9 pm. Competition halt. Go home and sleep.


Sunday April 3

MIT room 26-152

8:30 am. Registrants show up and are checked in. Same drill as registration on April 2.

9:00 am. Competition begins. Scoring bots active.

Noon. Food break.

1 pm. Competition resumes.

6 pm. Scoreboard unavailable.

7 pm. Competition finished! Food Break.

8 pm. Prize ceremony and tales of "How we did it!"
